Happy Sunday everyone!
Last weeks Sunday Recipe went down really well so as promised I’m making it a weekly thang. This week I choose to try a dish rather than a dessert, but I have something super special and very cool planned for next week, trust me.
You will need
-Pasta of your choice
-150g cooked fantail prawns
-150g cream cheese
-1tbs cream sauce
-Cajun salmon (optional)
-Parmesan to garnish
1. Cook your pasta of choice.
2. Although this started out as a prawn pasta I decided to add in some Cajun salmon, if you don’t want to or want to add something else go right ahead.
3. Stir the cream cheese, milk and sauce in a bowl and heat in the microwave. Remove and stir in the (cooked) prawns and salmon.
4. Mix the sauce and pasta together and garnish with Parmesan.
I hope you’ve all had a lovely and relaxing weekend. I spent most of my time reading and researching for my final year dissertation on censorship in Ireland, funsies! I also spontaneously decided to move all the furniture around in my room. I’m kinda loving it. It’s given me a whole new lease of creativity and a better outlook on the months to come, who knew decorating could make you feel that way?
