If you’re like me you’re currently engrossed in The Great British Bake-off. All I can say is, what a show! So, I thought that this would be the perfect time to share a quick and easy recipe. I suddenly got a craving for Rocky Road the other day and made it on a whim as I still had mini marshmallows left over from my birthday. This is so easy to whip up as it doesn’t involve baking, not to mention it’s oh so satisfying.
3. Pour the dark chocolate into the tin making sure that its all covered.
4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top to decorate. Allow it to set and cool then place it in the fridge. Once it’s hardened remove and cut into squares.
