Recipe: Egg Cups

I’m usually a cereal kinda girl because I really don’t like fuss in the morning, but I few weeks ago I went crazy on egg cups. Not only are the so tasty and filling they’re a doddle to do. You only need two incidents-ham and eggs- which makes them a quick and easy breakfast…
Preheat the oven to 220C. Grease a muffin tin with butter then place two slices of thin ham in each. Crack your eggs into the ham and place them on the top tray in the oven. Cook them for 12-15 minutes. Remore your egg cups from the muffin tin and serve immediately with just a sprinkle of salt on them.
