Current Beauty Favourites

As I often say these days, I’d be rich if I didn’t have a makeup addiction! But then I wouldn’t enjoy life half as much. I also wouldn’t have my current favourites to share with you now…

Lets talk bases first, Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua is one of my favourite foundations. I love how lightweight it is and how it looks so natural on the skin. It’s the best for adding a pickup to skin that doesn’t need much work and a God-send in humid weather. The Collection Fast Stroke Eyeliner will always be my go to eyeliner and for €2.99 it should be your go to as well. I treated myself to the famed Shu Uemera Eyelash Curlers for my Birthday and I am obsessed. I couldn’t imagine applying mascara without using these beauties first. By curling my eyelashes I’ve found that it really makes my eyes looks bigger and just better-always a good thing.

I’ve been trying to get more into wearing lipstick, but I’m always terrified that I’m wearing most of it on my face and teeth instead of my lips! I love the small hint of colour that the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector gives. It’s neither lipstick or lip gloss, but some magical in-between mixture. Skin wise I’ve already discussed my obsession with the Oskia Renaissance Cleanser and nothing has changed there. In the pursuit of wearing more lipsticks I picked up a Sephora Cream Lip Stain in 01 Always Red. I love the intensity of the colour but the long lasting wear that this provides makes it a winner. Pick one up if you ever have the chance to. I’ve become obsessed with The Body Shop White Musk-I picked up a set with the full sized perfume plus a travel one and few moths ago and I’m almost through both bottles. It’s just the cleanest, freshest, comforting scent ever. It’s my daily go-to when I’m working. The Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer has become a main fixture for me. It covers every skin sin perfectly every time. It’s especially great for cover dark circles well whilst adding a healthy glow to skin.

I’ve already documented my love of all things Charlotte Tilbury and I have to say that The Dolce Vita and Filmstar Bronze and Glow were both probably my standout beauty purchases of the past year and my most used products daily. If you’re in the market for a an amazing setting powder I can’t get enough of my by Terry Hyaluronic Hydra Powder which makes skin look amazing with or without makeup as it smooths out visible pours and fine lines. And lastly my Mama Bear gifted me with an amazing Tarte set for my birthday (she knows me well!) where I got number of great products, but my favourite by far is the Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara. It is the blackest, most volumising, thickening mascara I have ever used. If you want false eyelashes in a tube this is your mascara. It also comes in a buy one get one free offer on QVCUK, so why not?!
